Flavor: Pure, clean sweetness

Coster Sugar

Superfine Sugar

Image: Looks like sand — smaller crystals than granulated.
Made from: Finely milled granulated sugar.
Crystal size: Extra-fine
Moisture: Dry
Sweetness level: 100%
Flavor: Same as table sugar but dissolves faster.
Used for:

Flavor: Mild molasses, caramel

Form: Viscous liquid
Moisture: Very high
Sweetness level: 70–120% (honey ≈120%, molasses ≈70%)
Flavor: Depends on type — floral (honey), bitter-sweet (molasses), neutral (corn syrup)
